Rhetoric Patterns in Writing
Good flow of ideas in writing shows the prowess of the writer in the writing field and gives the reader an easy time grasping information. Rhetoric patterns enable writers to give out information, ideas, and opinions to the targeted population appropriately. There are many types of rhetorical patterns. They include description, classification, process analysis, and definition.
The most pleasing type of rhetorical pattern to me is a process description. The approach appeals to me because it incorporates a systematic flow of ideas or writing processes that captures readers’ attention. Process description gives the reader a piece of clear background information on a specific subject systematically. I find the form of rhetoric design to involve all my senses, making it easy to understand the concept of the scripts written. Process description also gives me the urge to continue reading the particular material.
Medical reports and writings are complex and require detailed information to avoid confusion to the target audience, who could be medics, curious individuals, or even patients. In my future professional life, I will use classification rhetoric patterns to organize medical ideas, opinions, and conclusions. The method involves the organization of similar ideas together and the classification of contrasting aspects separately. The classification enables the readers to compare the information, enabling them to understand the concept written better.
Professional behavior has been a major concept that I found difficult to comprehend. Frequent discussions and revising classmates’ ideas on the topic enabled me to grasp the concept with much ease. After discussing the topic with other students, I understood that professional behavior’s psychomotor concept could be developed by practicing basic nursing skills at school, work, and home.

You have been pushed throughout this session to use writing as a means of exploring the world around you and as a convoy for making new meaning and helping to frame your point of view. The hard work of drafting and revising is behind you. Now it is time to reflect on all that you have learned and the ways in which you have grown as a writer.
