Importance of end user in health management

Involvement of the end user in health (Importance of end user in health management)management enhances success in any implementation of a decision made during any development process. Hence, real end user participation is important for any process in health management information systems implementation. It’s the end user who can comment on the appropriateness of any service or resource, and this can be used in gauging the value of that resource (Gelderblom et al, 2011).

End users can be used during interviews where they answer questions based on the particular information that is required. Their feedbacks help the initiators of any system in the health sector in identifying different opinions of the users, and their interest (Gelderblom et al, 2011). Hence active participation is enhanced when a group of end users assumes responsibilities of specifying the objectives of any new system (Importance of end user in health management).
