To enable early interventions and individualised care plans, for instance, I can use EHR data analytics to monitor trends in the management of chronic diseases.
By enhancing data exchange and communication amongst care teams, cutting down on redundancies, and guaranteeing continuity of care, informatics will also improve interprofessional collaboration.
DNP Initiative:

I will gather, examine, and interpret data using nursing informatics as part of my DNP research in order to assess how well evidence-based interventions work.
